North America

Canada: Reflecting similar population genetics and height averages, Canadian men typically have an average shoe size close to the US 10.5. 

Europe

United Kingdom: The average shoe size for men in the UK is a size 9 (UK).

Netherlands: Because the Dutch are among the tallest populations in the world, their average shoe size for men is correspondingly large, though a precise, country-specific figure is not readily available in search results.

Germany: Germans are also known for being tall. Their average shoe size is at the higher end of the European range, estimated at around European sizes 44–46.
